We are looking for our administrative site at Les Pâquis for a:
MPC Intern in HR (M/F)
Starting 1 August 2027.

YOU HAVE
- Validation of your three years of Business School, meeting the admission requirements for the Federal VET Diploma and professional maturity.
- A genuine motivation to undertake a one-year internship in Human Resources in the healthcare sector.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools.
- Rigor, good adaptability, and organisational skills.
- Dynamic and helpful by nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Manage, in collaboration with an HR manager:
- employee recruitment: check the presence of diplomas, certificates, practice authorisations, and other documents required for the position, complete the database, issue employment contracts, annexes and letters, prepare hiring files as well as registration with social insurances.
- contractual changes: update the database, issue contract amendments and letters.
- notifications to insurances: loss of earnings (illness, accident), compensation office, unemployment insurance.
- employee departures: update the database, issue letters, prepare work certificates or attestations, conduct exit interviews as needed.
- Check the entry of absences in the working time tool and ensure follow-up of long-term absences with the insurer, as well as compensation.
- Participate in entering working time for the medical department.
- Participate in the preparation of work certificates.
- Additional tasks related to HR management and support depending on requests.
