Your Tasks:
As an administrative employee, you are responsible for the smooth daily operation of the classes as well as various background tasks in our back office. Your daily work includes diverse tasks and close collaboration with our continuing education coordinators, program and module leaders, instructors, and participants. Furthermore, this includes the following activities:
- ensuring the smooth operation regarding the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the assigned continuing education programs (CAS, DAS, MAS programs and courses) as well as managing participant data in the database
- correctly handling the fee and invoicing processes
- advising participants and supporting program management in organizational and administrative matters
- supervising commercial trainees and WMS interns as a practical and professional trainer
Your Profile:
You are a proactive and service-oriented personality with a commercial or equivalent degree and relevant professional experience. Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment in interacting with diverse stakeholders, and a healthy assertiveness characterize you. The following completes your profile:
- IT affinity and interest in digitalization, event knowledge is an advantage
- communication skills as well as confident German in spoken and written form, English skills desired
- good organizational and coordination skills as well as flexibility
- independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- quick comprehension paired with networked thinking
- interest in the university environment or the topic of continuing education
