Building Services Technician (Sanitary)
Activities
- Execution of sanitary installations in new construction and renovation of bathrooms
- Participation in renovation projects (residential, commercial, and industrial buildings)
- Installation and maintenance of sanitary systems in industrial companies
- RKW pipeline construction (piping and supply systems)
- Assembly, repair, and maintenance of water, wastewater, and compressed air lines
- Independent work according to plans and technical drawings
- Compliance with safety and quality requirements
Requirements
- Completed training as a sanitary installer EBA or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience advantageous
- Experience in bathroom remodeling, renovation, and new construction
- Knowledge in industrial and/or RKW pipeline construction advantageous
- Independent, reliable, and clean working style
- Team player, resilient, and customer-oriented
- Driver's license category B mandatory
