YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a member of the management team, the role includes leading the Stadler Signalling RAMS department with 14 employees.
The areas of responsibility include:
- RAMS management
- Validation
- Verification
- Information and cyber security
- Safety case management
- Quality management
- General approval matters
The professional and personal development of the team as well as the expansion of existing competencies within the department are ensured.
The organisation of the department, planning and prioritisation of work, assignment of tasks, and monitoring of work progress are the responsibility of the role.
Representing the department in management meetings and contract reviews is also a key task.
As a member of expert groups, participation in strategic decisions and the further development of Stadler Signalling takes place.
Furthermore, the role represents the RAMS department and Stadler Signalling towards assessors, approval authorities, customers, and within the entire Stadler Group.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical education at ETH, TU, FH level or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the field of functional safety
- Knowledge of relevant railway standards (e.g. EN 50126, EN 50716, EN 50129, TS 50701, ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and/or train control technologies is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Open, communicative, resilient and goal-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn and openness to new topics and challenges
- High motivation to familiarise yourself with new technologies, development processes and toolsStrong analytical and organisational skills as well as a structured way of working
