To further develop the Metalli living space in the heart of Zug, we are expanding our development team and offering a committed and motivated individual the opportunity to enter real estate development and actively contribute to shaping one of the most distinctive urban areas in Zug.In this role, you will support the development of sophisticated real estate projects and gain valuable experience in the areas of site and project development, urban planning, architecture, and sustainability. You will work closely with experienced project developers and gradually take on more responsibility.
Your main tasks include:
• Analyses & Development Potentials: You assist with market, location, and potential analyses and prepare decision-making bases for the further development of our real estate portfolio.
• Competitions & Study Procedures: You participate in the preparation, organisation, and support of competitions, study commissions, and test planning, contributing significantly to the quality assurance of our development projects.
• Project Development: You support the development team in the conception and further development of centre and site developments focusing on residential, commercial, and retail uses. You work on future-proof usage concepts and vibrant urban spaces.
• Project Management & Quality Assurance: You accompany projects from the early concept phase through to approval procedures. You support the assurance of cost, schedule, and quality objectives as well as the urban and architectural quality of the projects.
• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: You collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as planners, authorities, and specialists, supporting the coordination of various stakeholders.
• Sustainability & Innovation: You contribute to integrating sustainability and innovation topics into development projects, helping to create future-proof real estate solutions.
You bring the following qualifications:
• Completed or near-completion degree in architecture, spatial planning, civil engineering, real estate management, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience through internships or professional experience in real estate, architecture, or planning environments is an advantage
• Interest in real estate development, urban planning, and site development
• Basic knowledge of Swiss planning and construction law is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Analytical thinking and strong conceptual skills
• High willingness to learn and motivation to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• Interest in sustainability, innovation, and long-term urban development
