For our People & Culture organisation, we are seeking a committed and visionary individual as Team Leader HR Business Advisory & Operations. Together with our approximately 100 dedicated and ambitious colleagues, we aim to further develop the future of People & Culture in our bank. In this central role, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction and operational excellence of a dynamic Business Advisor team and make a significant contribution to the further development of our HR organisation
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic management and prioritisation of HR Business Advisory in close coordination with business stakeholders and overarching corporate goals
- Ensuring simple, efficient and scalable HR processes with a strong focus on user orientation, quality and continuous optimisation
- Leading, coaching and developing the team professionally as well as fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented and innovation-friendly team culture
- Building and ensuring a high level of product and service competence within the team to guarantee consistent, professional and customer-oriented advice for internal stakeholders
- Promoting transparency, alignment and cross-departmental collaboration for the successful implementation of HR initiatives and operational services
- Responsible for the continuous development of the HR service portfolio as well as for the standardisation and simplification of existing offerings and processes
- Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure that the HR strategy is effectively implemented and the organisation's needs are met
Your Profile
- Completed university degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, law or comparable education)
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role in HR, ideally in the financial sector or in a dynamic, complex environment
- Proven experience in leading, developing and motivating teams as an inspiring leader who fosters a positive and performance-oriented team culture
- Solid experience in the role of an HR Business Advisor, with demonstrable competence in advising and supporting managers and employees
- Ability to define strategic goals, set priorities and translate these into operational measures
- Extensive experience in optimising and standardising processes as well as in implementing user-oriented and efficient HR solutions
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, service and product management as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders
- High initiative, pronounced problem-solving skills, assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent ability to communicate complex topics clearly and convincingly, both in German and English
