During your four-year training, you will learn to build, programme, assemble and maintain electrical and electronic systems. You will combine manual skills with technical understanding and work on exciting solutions for modern food production.

Your tasks

• You assemble, wire and test electrical controls and systems
• You learn to read electrical circuit diagrams and technical drawings
• You programme and test controls and automation systems
• You carry out measurements and functional checks
• You assist with maintenance and repair work on production systems
• You systematically search for faults and resolve malfunctions as independently as possible
• You observe safety, quality and hygiene regulations
• You work with specialists from technology, production and maintenance
