Receptionist/Receptionist Telephone Switchboard 40% (m/f/d)
from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Warm reception of patients, visitors and employees
- Friendly, competent provision of information and assistance
- Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls and e-mail messages
- Responding to telephone and written enquiries
- Receiving and administratively processing patient and customer concerns
- Ordering transports (taxis etc.)
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
- Collection of invoice amounts from self-payers
- Management of key cabinet, laptop allocation and lost property
- Calling up key personnel according to MHB in extraordinary events
- Operation of alarm display panels, especially the fire alarm system
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience (preferably in upscale hospitality)
- Well-groomed appearance
- Positive, attentive and responsible nature
- Resilient, quick comprehension, independent and precise working method
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German as well as fluency in English and Italian are prerequisites; further languages are an advantage
