Our client, a manufacturer of medical products in the Basel area, is looking for a young & motivated person to start immediately or by arrangement

• Setting up and operating systems for the production of implants according to specified work and process documentation
• Complete documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with applicable verification and quality requirements
• Performing optical and dimensional inspections on implants as well as their documentation
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with all specified process standards
• Active participation in continuous improvement (CIP) as well as implementation and further development of the 6S process
• Troubleshooting minor faults on production equipment
• Supporting the maintenance team with servicing and repair work
• Compliance with GMP guidelines, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations

• Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally on long-turning machines
• Programming knowledge in Tornos TB-Deco ADV and Citizen long-turn Mitsubishi control is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and PC applications
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of English
• Independent, quality-conscious and reliable working style
• Main working hours in the day shift; willingness for shift and Saturday work desired
