In the NÄGELIGASSE, 130 residents, mainly from Nidwalden, are cared for. Our individual care, support, and housing offers provide quality of life in old age. Our motivated team consists of more than 200 employees. 

The 13-member kitchen team maintains a traditionally creative kitchen with fresh ingredients and produces the daily catering offer for the residents in the care living groups, our guests in the «Briggli», as well as the lunch for the «Chinderhuis».

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel, and administrative management of your area
• You will work together with the head of hospitality to further develop our catering offer and our quality standards. 
• You will support the vocational trainer in the training of the apprentices.
• Ensuring hygiene, quality, and safety standards according to specifications

Your profile

• You have completed the training as a chef with a federal diploma or higher
• You lead with heart and competence and can accompany, support, and develop your team in a changing environment.
• You are a motivating and reliable personality who actively stands in the kitchen with 
  culinary passion.
• MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams) are familiar tools for you.
