Nursing Team Leader, 60-100%
Your contribution:
- You lead and coach two somatic nursing teams at the Bremgarten location together with another team leader and promote the further development of your employees
- You organise and coordinate the operational day-to-day business and ensure a smooth process
- You are responsible for high-quality and needs-based nursing and care and accompany complex client situations
- You support your team with professional questions and help to optimise processes and workflows
- You actively contribute your ideas and thus make a contribution to the further development of the nursing area
What you bring:
- You have a diploma recognised in Switzerland as a nursing specialist HF/FH as well as solid professional experience, ideally in Spitex
- You bring leadership experience and communicate clearly, appreciatively and solution-oriented
- You have high social, self-, methodological and professional competence, think entrepreneurially and act independently
- You have organisational skills and good IT knowledge
