Your tasks
In the "Assessment Service" section of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office
- You assess the need for assistance with daily living activities in applications for helplessness allowance (minors, IV and AHV)
- You write detailed assessment reports
- You work interdisciplinarily within the IV office
- You actively collaborate with the network (providers, medical and social network)
- You assess household limitations when applying for an IV pension
Desired profile
- University of Applied Sciences diploma in Social Work, Health or equivalent qualification
- You are skilled in listening and conducting conversations
- You can analyse and summarise the individual situation of the affected person considering their health impairment as well as economic and personal circumstances
- You possess editorial skills
- You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You bring several years of professional experience in the social and/or health sector
- Experience in paediatrics is a great advantage and highly valued
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) or German (spoken) with very good knowledge of the other language
