Mechanic / Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You dismantle hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identify the faulty parts.

• The damaged parts are manufactured according to your own drawings and concepts.

• For manufacturing, you use conventional and CNC lathes as well as a conventional milling machine.

• You identify seals to be replaced on hydraulic components. Afterwards, you have the following options:

  • Take seals from our own extensive stock

  • Order seals from the supplier

  • Independently produce seals with our state-of-the-art CNC seal manufacturing system

• You assemble dismantled hydraulic components and check their functionality using available testing facilities.

• You master production and mechanical tasks with your ingenuity.

• Manufacture of individual components

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical apprenticeship or experience in the defined area of responsibility

• Independent, precise and proactive working style

• Good technical understanding

• Ability/experience to apply manufacturing tools appropriately to the situation

• CNC experience (milling or turning)

• Teamwork skills and resilience

• Enjoyment of craftsmanship
