Are you interested in machines, technology and processes in production? Do you enjoy working precisely, reliably and in a team? And would you like to learn how modern plants are operated efficiently and safely?
Then the apprenticeship as a Plant Operator EFZ is just right for you!
In this apprenticeship, you will learn how to operate, monitor and maintain production and manufacturing plants. You plan and optimise production processes, carry out repairs and ensure that the quality of our products is always right. You will work in shifts and be part of a well-coordinated team in production.
 
What tasks will you take on?
You will:

• operate and monitor production and manufacturing plants.
• plan, control and optimise production processes.
• perform maintenance and repair work.
• monitor and ensure product quality.
• be flexibly deployed in a two-shift system.
   

What do we expect from you?
You:

• achieve good results in mathematics, technical design and STEM subjects.
• have manual dexterity.
• possess good logical and analytical thinking skills.
• work carefully, team-oriented and responsibly.
