Tasks
Olten is an attractive place to live and work in the center of Switzerland and with over 19,000 inhabitants, it is the largest city in the canton of Solothurn – it is developing dynamically and with a future-oriented approach. Together with the overall school director, you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of a directorate with over 300 employees – in the context of co-leadership, you will represent each other and both report directly to the responsible city council. You will be responsible for the school administration/school services as well as extracurricular topics such as sports coordination and promotion, as well as child, youth, and family support. At the pulse of social development, you can expect a meaningful and communication-intensive leadership role with many opportunities for design and development potential.
