The "Fundamentals & Safety" department creates the conditions for a safe and standards- and legally compliant operation of the rail infrastructure. Together with your colleagues, you analyse incidents and determine improvement measures. Furthermore, you handle topics related to infrastructure emergency management as well as operational regulations.

The "Fundamentals & Safety" department creates the conditions for a safe and standards- and legally compliant operation of the rail infrastructure. Together with your colleagues, you analyse incidents and determine improvement measures. Furthermore, you handle topics related to infrastructure emergency management as well as operational regulations.
Specialist: Safety & Analysis
What awaits you:
- Conducting incident analyses including determination of improvement measures
- Recording and documenting incidents
- Participation in damage management for operational incidents (insurance processing) including billing
- Audits and video evaluations to ensure safety on railway premises
- Development of safety concepts for events at stations
What you bring with you:
- KVöV with qualification as train dispatcher or equivalent training
- Strong process understanding and good analytical skills
- Methodological competence in process modelling and conducting continuous improvement process (CIP) moderations
- Very good knowledge of train service and operational regulations as well as operational management systems
- Confident demeanour and polished manners in contact with customers and authorities
- Training RTE 20100 (Safety Manager) and RTE 20600 (Switching Authorisation)
