Spitex Zimmerberg AG is a non-profit organisation responsible for the care, advice, support, and assistance of people of various age groups who rely on external help due to health limitations. We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, and Langnau am Albis to live a self-determined life in their familiar environment. Spitex Zimmerberg AG has around 160 employees spread across four locations and is thus one of the largest Spitex organisations in the canton of Zurich.
We are looking for you! To support our teams, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement:
Health Specialist EFZ 60-80%
Your tasks
- Basic and treatment care in simple client situations in a stable environment
- Provision of needs- and situation-appropriate care services according to the care plan in all areas of activities of daily living (ADL)
- Independent and delegated tasks in the area of administration
- Carrying out assignments in complex client situations with support from the nursing professional
- Appropriate involvement of relatives in care and support
- Data entry (client documentation, care reports, service recording)
Requirements profile
- A completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in the care and support of people of all ages as well as in household management
- Professional, independent working style
- Social competence, resilience
- Flexibility, especially regarding working hours
- Good PC skills; RAI-HC application is an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Driving licence category B
