Ward Manager or Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) on the Geriatric Ward 2nd Half of Life 80 – 100%

Responsibility for effective, result- and patient-oriented care within your own area of leadership
Professional, organisational and personnel management as well as targeted promotion of employees
Planning, organisation and coordination of workflows according to quality standards
Implementation of overarching goals within your own area of leadership
Close interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration as well as active participation on the ward are a matter of course for you
Active involvement in the further development of care as well as in future-oriented organisational, quality and care projects

Willingness to start with the team at 07:00 in the morning and actively work with patients
Qualification as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF / FH
Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
Leadership experience with appropriate further training (CAS) or willingness to attend such further training
Very good IT skills (KISIM advantageous)
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
