In this role, you take responsibility for eliciting and specifying requirements in close collaboration with the business units and model as well as verify business processes according to BPMN 2.0. You organise and moderate workshops, document requirements and create concepts using methods such as UML, use cases and process diagrams. As a central link between business departments, IT partners and software suppliers, you ensure that business and technical requirements are optimally aligned. Additionally, you support testing, define test cases, conduct error analyses and accompany user training and support. With your solid background in requirements management and your strong conceptual skills, you advise and support the business units on a variety of issues.
Responsibilities:
- You elicit and specify requirements in collaboration with the clients’ business units
- In this role, you model, verify and describe business processes according to BPMN 2.0
- As a Business Analyst / Consultant, you organise and moderate workshops and document requirements or create concepts (UML, use cases, process diagrams, etc.)
- You act as a link between business departments, IT partners and software suppliers
- In this role, you support testing, define test cases, conduct error analyses and take on user training and support
- As a Business Analyst / Consultant, you advise and support business units on various matters
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or marketing
- You have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer in a consulting company or a Swiss bank in the area of front channels and customer interface
- You bring experience in requirements management as well as in the design and definition of processes at financial institutions
- You convince with good conceptual and analytical skills and are a communicative, independent and sociable personality with high social competence
- You are characterised by organisational skills, creative flair and entrepreneurial thinking
- You speak German fluently, are flexible regarding national travel and ideally have knowledge of BSI CRM software and/or Finnova
