Employee Spare Parts Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central contact person for our customers and ensure a smooth process in the spare parts business with your organisational talent and service orientation!

• Processing spare parts orders as well as supporting internal and external customers in German and French

• Obtaining technical clarifications from the manufacturing plant and external suppliers

• Telephone customer advice and direct sales in German and French

• Preparation of quotations and entry of orders in SAP

• Responsibility for deadline monitoring and timely order processing

• Conducting price negotiations within the defined area of competence

• Preparation of invoices and credit notes as well as handling complaints

• Maintenance and updating of master data

• Participation in inventories and support in cross-departmental projects

• Processing and handling of returns

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as an automotive specialist or construction machinery mechanic with commercial further training (e.g. commercial school or comparable qualification)

• Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in spare parts sales or customer service

• Strong customer orientation as well as a resilient and team-oriented personality

• Sales skills and negotiation confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility

• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
