We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Development Officer with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to take on new challenges within our agency.
Your mission
As a true partner to our clients, you actively contribute to the development of our business by identifying new opportunities, building trusting relationships with healthcare sector stakeholders, and sustainably strengthening our market presence. You also participate, in collaboration with the existing teams, in recruitment and placement activities. This role offers varied fieldwork, with regular travel to our partners in French-speaking Switzerland.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and retain a client portfolio.
- Identify, analyse, and understand the needs of healthcare institutions to propose suitable solutions.
- Support teams in managing temporary and permanent placements as well as in the administrative follow-up of files.
- Participate in recruitment, selection, and candidate support in collaboration with personnel advisors.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure partnership follow-up.
- Represent the company to clients and at professional events.
- Coordinate exchanges between clients, collaborators, and internal teams to ensure responsive, smooth, and quality follow-up.
- Actively participate in the agency’s commercial development.
- Ensure quality service in compliance with processes.
Your profile
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or placement.
- Commercial training or equivalent experience.
- Strong interest in the healthcare sector.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare network.
- Genuine commercial temperament, recognised for the ability to create lasting partnerships and develop a professional network.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative, autonomy, organisation, and rigour.
- Excellent service orientation and interpersonal ease.
- High flexibility and availability for regular travel throughout Switzerland.
- Knowledge of PRIM Logix software is a real asset.
- Driving licence essential.
