Your tasks
- Professional, medical, and personnel management of three wards (Depression & stress-related disorders, rehabilitation, residential psychiatry)
- Conducting assessments as well as integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatments of patients
- Monitoring and ensuring performance targets in your own area
- Co-design and implementation in the professional and institutional development
- Proactive participation and promotion of projects
- Leadership, coaching, and promotion of subordinate employees
Your profile
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a senior medical management position or first experience as chief physician
- Very strong leadership personality with high social competence and a positive leadership mindset
- Enjoy interdisciplinary work, somatics/psychiatry, and further development of the treatment offer
- Very good knowledge of German
- Mebeko recognition available
