Property Manager with Federal Certificate - Basel (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a mixed portfolio of rental and commercial properties as well as condominium ownership from a commercial and technical perspective
You are responsible for re-lettings, apartment handovers, and the coordination and supervision of repairs
You conduct structural assessments and manage craftsmen, suppliers, and other external service providers
You maintain written and personal contact with tenants, owners, authorities, and other stakeholders
You check heating and operating cost statements and ensure correct processing
You prepare reports, budgets, forecasts, and plans and are responsible for the economic results of your portfolio
You prepare and independently conduct condominium owners' meetings
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as the federal certificate as a property manager
You bring at least 2-3 years of professional experience in independent property management
You possess good knowledge of property law as well as a solid technical understanding of buildings and maintenance
You convince through service-oriented, solution-focused, and economically networked thinking
Knowledge of GARAIO REM is an advantage
