Construction Project Manager for Execution Planning with Prospects, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will primarily take on the execution planning of demanding construction projects
• In doing so, you create and coordinate execution and detail plans and ensure technical feasibility
• You also coordinate planning with specialist planners, contractors, clients, and other project participants
• Depending on professional experience and interest, you can gradually take on more responsibility, see benefits below
• You will accompany projects regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and professional implementation
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You are a construction professional with a basic education as an architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or construction craftsman (bricklayer / carpenter or similar)
• Additionally, you have trained and/or further educated yourself as an ETH / FH architect or HF technician in building construction
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, standards, and building regulations is important
• You also possess a high level of communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving competencies
• Do you also describe yourself as cooperative, thoughtful, and strong in planning?
