About the job
We are looking for a
QHSE Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with all quality, health, safety and environmental standards according to Swiss and international regulations (LMG/LGV/HyV) in our operations throughout Switzerland.
- Implementation and monitoring of food safety standards, including HACCP, as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines in all food processes.
- Management and continuous improvement of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and OHAS 18001 including preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
- Identification, assessment and management of risks throughout the operation to minimise accidents and hazards.
- Planning and conducting training on QHSE and food safety standards to raise awareness and compliance throughout the company.
- Regular execution of audits and inspections, follow-up on incidents, reporting to management and implementation of corrective actions and internal training.
- Maintaining relationships with local authorities and external certification bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Your profile
- Completed training in quality management, environmental protection, safety engineering or a comparable qualification. Additional qualifications in food safety (e.g. HACCP certification) are an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the gastronomy, food or hotel sector in Switzerland.
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and experience in implementing and managing these standards.
- Fluent language skills in German and French; good English skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
