Contribute
- You independently and carefully organise and prepare the outpatient surgical consultation.
- You support the medical team during the consultation and assist with minor surgical procedures as well as punctures.
- You manage the telephone and competently handle internal and external enquiries.
- You perform blood draws professionally and reliably.
- You accurately record the services provided according to TARDOC.
- You maintain and update the electronic patient records, including entering patient data and closing cases.
- You take on the appropriate substitutions within the team during absences.
Bring
- Completed training as a nurse with a flair for administrative tasks or training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as solid knowledge of medical terminology
- Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
- Strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
