• Responsible for smooth operations in the kitchen
• Leading the assigned employees including an apprentice
• Production of hot and cold dishes and catering orders
• On-site outlet supervision
• Placing orders and conducting inventory
• Responsible for compliance and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines, general tidying and cleaning tasks

• Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ
• At least two years of experience as a cook, leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in community catering is an advantage
• German level C1-C2: competent language use
• Valid driving license category B
• Hands-on, flexible, resilient and team-oriented
