Assembly Operator Micro Parts (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly and inspection of tiny parts (Micro Parts) according to work instructions

• Assembly of micro-connectors with very high quality requirements

• Operation of semi-automatic equipment in the micro area

• Microscopic final inspection and packaging of micro products

• Feedback of production orders in the SAP system

• Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system

• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with all regulations

• Application and implementation of lean methods

• Working in a cleanroom while adhering to defined quality and process standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in operating equipment or machinery and good technical understanding of production resources and semi-automatic systems

• Experience handling small parts (Micro Parts) and working with optical aids

• Very good eyesight, high concentration ability and precise working method

• Confident working according to technical specifications and documentation

• Participation in new, developing processes and active contribution to process design

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2), English is a plus

• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts (2- to 3-shift operation)
