As a Baker-Confectioner, you will craft a diverse selection of delicious patisserie specialties with artisanal skill and great care.
Apprenticeship start: Monday, 3 August 2026, work begins at 05:00
We can offer you the following training programmes:
- Baker-Confectioner EBA takes 2 years
- Baker-Confectioner EFZ Specialisation Confectionery takes 3 years
- Additional training Specialisation Confectionery takes 1 year (fully booked, cannot be offered in 2026)
- Second apprenticeship Baker-Confectioner EFZ Specialisation Confectionery after successfully completing an apprenticeship as Cook EFZ takes 2 years

What you will achieve with us
- Producing finest truffles and pralines
- Making seasonal and special products
- Producing all kinds of fine bakery products
- Working in various departments
- Decorating patisserie and cakes
- Assisting in Easter bunny production
- Producing exclusive cakes and confectionery products
What we expect
- You are skilled with your hands and have a talent for design
- Secondary school level A or B qualification
- You can communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written
- Reliable, physically resilient, a team player, flexible and committed
- A sense for colours and shapes
