Role:
1st and 2nd level ICT support for internal and external users
Creation and maintenance of IT documentation as well as advising internal customers
Installation and maintenance of IT systems as well as collaboration with external partners in ticket processing
Responsibilities:
Training in the IT field and sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Experience in managing Windows systems and Microsoft cloud services
Business fluent German skills for communication in an international environment
