About us
For over 55 years, the international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training – evidence-based, effective, and clearly structured. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we pursue one goal: to make people capable, healthy, and self-determined through targeted strengthening of the musculoskeletal system – at any age.
To strengthen the IT department of the Kieser Group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our system headquarters in Zurich for a Product Owner (m/f/d) - CRM/Software Projects.
Your mission
As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you take central responsibility for the introduction of our new CRM and studio software solution. You manage the project holistically – from further conception through coordination to successful implementation. The focus is 60–100% on this core project, complemented by smaller but equally important digital projects. With us, you don’t just lead a project – you actively shape Kieser’s digital future. You ensure that complex requirements become functioning solutions and keep all threads in hand when it matters.
What you achieve
You lead the project with both strategic vision and operational management skills, ensuring clear structures, bundling tasks, and consistently implementing priorities. In doing so, you close a crucial gap, strengthen project implementation, and contribute significantly to the sustainable success of the company.
- Product Ownership & strategic development: You take responsibility for our new studio software solution (CRM) and help shape the future direction in the areas of CRM, ERP, customer management systems, and customer app. Process optimization & requirements management: You analyze and optimize existing company processes, identify improvement potentials, and derive precise requirements for functional specifications and mockups.
- Agile project management & collaboration: Using agile methods (e.g., Scrum / Kanban), you coordinate the project and work closely with IT, departments, and national as well as international stakeholders such as franchisees in Australia.
- Technical documentation & tools: You ensure clear technical documentation and use project management tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Project reporting & success control: You create regular project reports, evaluate the data, and adjust management to continuously optimize project progress.
What to expect from us
- Flexibility that connects: We offer you the possibility to work from home once a week based on full-time employment – for a balanced mix of presence and flexible work.
- Targeted development: We actively support your professional development with training so that you can continuously grow and discover new perspectives.
- Provision: Above-average participation in company pension schemes.
- Health as a priority: Use our free Kieser training subscription in all Kieser studios for health strength and good balance.
- Exclusive benefits: Access to Corporate Benefits (www.corporate-benefits.de) and other employee advantages that enrich and appreciate your workday.
- Team spirit & environment: Experience an open "du" culture, flat hierarchies, regular team events, and a centrally located workplace with excellent transport connections.
What sets you apart
- You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role (Business Analyst / Product Owner / Project Management in a software environment) with a focus on ERP, CRM, or customer management systems.
- You bring solid technical understanding (ideally IT background) and are proficient in agile project methods and tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, or Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with very good German and English skills, empathy, and assertiveness characterize you in dealing with different stakeholders. You are willing to work flexible hours starting on weekdays from about 7:30 a.m.
- You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and know how to behave with a confident and professional appearance in a business environment.
