This position offers you
- Together with your experienced SISO colleague, you take responsibility for anchoring, communicating, and enforcing the ICT security architecture as well as its implementation measures (including strategy, architecture concept, and risk assessment), reporting to the Head of ICT
- Systematic monitoring of new technologies and market trends as well as the development of fields of action and measures to realize (innovation) potentials to promote stable and future-oriented business processes are part of your daily tasks
- Your area of responsibility includes the implementation and ongoing updating of normative ICT security requirements as well as the identification of potential cyber risks. Special attention is required for checking compliance with security policies
- At the interface between classic ICT (e.g., SAFe, XDR, IDR, MDM) and industrial ICT, you advise on IoT applications
- You implement company-wide ICT risk management (ISMS)
What you bring to the position
- In addition to your degree in computer science or electrical engineering (ETH, university, or university of applied sciences) and several years of practical experience in ICT security and integration architecture in a demanding environment, you ideally have further training in ICT security (MAS/CAS Information Security or CISSP/CISM)
- You are proficient in handling security architecture for larger companies and are well versed in cloud and IoT technologies; you can demonstrate your experience with network architectures and protocols daily
- You have the competence to analyze complex processes and enforce essential requirements purposefully with suppliers and partners
- In dealing with top management, you distinguish yourself through precise and target-group-specific communication and presentation skills, complemented by an above-average ability to assert yourself and argue convincingly
- You stand out for your high service orientation and resilience and keep an overview even in hectic times; you are motivated to participate in conducting security audits
- Your independent and results-oriented working style is also applied as a team player, and you enjoy inspiring others with your ideas
- Your business fluent German skills and very good English skills (at least level B2) complete your profile
