Die Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. At the Lenzburg location, we have created a new position to support the team and are looking for you starting January 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
ERP Module Support – Patient Administration:
- Support and maintenance of the ERP module for patient administration
- System parameterization & configuration
- Participation in updates, releases, and tests
- Quality assurance of master data
- Support and training for users
Performance Management:
- Ensuring outpatient and inpatient service recording and processing according to the respective tariffs and REKOLE
- Training of service recorders
- Contact person for treating staff and administration for technical and professional questions
- Deputizing and support in billing of services and other tasks as agreed
- Further development and optimization of processes through own ideas as well as independent and responsible handling of specialist tasks
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in patient administration/performance management
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss tariff system
- Experience in professional support of applications (preferably NAV BC)
- High IT affinity and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Service-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
