- Preparation of export documents (export declarations, certificates of origin, proforma invoices, etc.)
- Telephone and written customer advice in German/English
- Support of Key Account Managers in administrative matters
- After-sales activities
- Professional experience in export and order processing
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP/CRM)
- Sound knowledge of customs processing and export regulations
- Free parking spaces
- At least 5 weeks holiday

- Responsible for complete order processing from A to Z- Preparation of export documents (export declarations, certificates of origin, proforma invoices, etc.)

Profile
- Completed commercial training with a strong technical understanding or technical training with sales flair- Professional experience in export and order processing
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP/CRM)
- Sound knowledge of customs processing and export regulations
