About the job
The VIVA Foundation is for people aged 18 and over with a disability and IV pension. It offers: 15 residential places, 26 work places. Independence and self-determination are important to us.There are 4 different work areas: housekeeping, house and garden, wood workshop, colour and form. In each work area, 6 to 9 people with an IV pension work.
The house and garden area consists of sheltered workplaces. You work together with people with and without disabilities. You work a lot outdoors.
We are looking for an employee for the house & garden area with an IV pension 80-100%.
Your tasks are:
• Cleaning stairwells
• Cleaning windows
• Mopping house areas
• Cleaning garages
• Mowing lawns
• Pruning shrubs
• Care of the house + surroundings and the vegetable garden of the VIVA Foundation
• Various indoor tasks (woodwork, candle making…)
Our requirements:
• Willingness and ability to work partially independently
• Experience in the house & garden area is an advantage
• Punctuality and reliability
• Willingness to learn and motivation
