YOUR TASKS

• As a HF nursing specialist, you are responsible for the care and support of patients from hospital admission to discharge
• You manage the entire nursing process from collecting patient data through organising and performing nursing and medical-technical tasks to documenting and reviewing the results
• As a nursing specialist, you are the central point of contact for patients, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
• With your commitment, you take on supportive, advisory, coordinating and analytical functions
• Appreciation, empathy and professionalism accompany the varied daily routine in nursing

• Completed apprenticeship as a health specialist EFZ
• Initiative and willingness to perform
• Communication and relationship skills as well as teamwork
• Sense of responsibility and perception skills
• Physical and mental resilience
