About the job
Do you want to work independently as a general practitioner without having to forgo professional exchange and the support of experienced colleagues? Do you value a well-coordinated practice team that supports each other and want to make a financial impact with your work performance?
In this established group practice in the canton of Aargau, you will find exactly this combination: collegial collaboration, a great deal of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to benefit directly from your personal effort with a purely revenue-based remuneration model after an induction period.
The established group practice is located in an attractive, rural region of Baden. Here, several specialists in General Internal Medicine work together to ensure personal, continuous primary care. Specialists in orthopaedics and urology also work at the centre on certain days.
You will take over an existing patient base and become part of a well-coordinated team. Instead of having to manage all medical and organisational challenges alone as a lone fighter, you will benefit from regular professional exchange, mutual support, and well-organised practice structures.
The region also convinces outside of work: natural recreational areas, good schools, and excellent connections to Baden and Zurich offer attractive conditions for a long-term professional and private perspective.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent care of a broad primary care patient spectrum
- Diagnosis, treatment, and long-term support of patients with acute and chronic illnesses
- Responsible management of your consultation hours and patient base
- Professional exchange and collaboration with medical colleagues
- Active participation in shaping medical and organisational practice processes
Your competencies:
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or equivalent recognised qualification; practical doctors are also welcome
- Broad clinical experience and enthusiasm for independent general practice medicine
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in performance-based remuneration
- Collegial personality who values professional exchange and collaboration
- Very good German language skills; experience in the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
Your benefits:
- Together rather than alone: Working in an established group practice with several medical colleagues
- Attractive income potential: Possibility to switch to a purely revenue-based remuneration model after an induction period
- Performance that pays off: Your income develops according to your personal work performance and generated revenue. A fixed salary is also possible on request
- High autonomy: You organise your consultation hours independently while benefiting from existing practice structures
- Long-term perspective: Permanent position in a well-established practice with an existing patient base
- High workload possible: Ideally 80-100%
- High quality of life: Rural residential and recreational area with good schools and attractive connections to Baden and Zurich
