Vista Alpina is one of the leading eye clinics in Switzerland. The main location (with Type I operating room) is located in the Visp train station building. Vista Alpina also includes three ophthalmology practices in Brig, Siders, and Sion, which are also near the train station. With more than 40 specialists, a wide range of services, and over 5,000 surgical procedures per year, Vista Alpina covers a large part of ophthalmic care in Valais.
Vista Alpina is an FMH-recognized training center as well as an international reference center for clinical research. Despite its considerable size, Vista Alpina has been able to maintain a family "esprit." To complement and strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, discreet, and proactive personality as a Finance Assistant (m/f) 80 - 100%.
In this versatile role, you support the managing director in his operational activities and report directly to him. As a Finance Assistant, you possess excellent organizational skills and perform diverse tasks with great care and competence. The goal is to contribute to the company's efficiency by carrying out planning and control tasks promptly and efficiently. Your main tasks
You take on the legal tasks of preparing permit applications and contracts.
You are responsible for accounting, accounts receivable and payable management, annual financial statements, as well as various billing tasks.
You are responsible for controlling (creating specific statistics and monthly reporting).
You are centrally involved in operational management in the daily clinic routine (agenda planning, deployment planning, planning of emergency weeks, surgical capacity planning, and support of the senior MPA).
You maintain the clinic's quality manual.
You provide operational support in HR management (timesheet control, salary preparation, integration, recruitment).
You conduct the annual patient surveys.
Your profile
You have training in business administration, finance, and/or law.
You have more than 2 years of professional experience.
You bring initiative and enjoy a wide range of tasks.
You impress with a confident appearance.
You work very precisely and have a clear focus on quality.
You convince with your organizational skills.
You are an entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality. You already have experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
You are creative and flexible in thinking.
You are characterized by high integrity and confidentiality.
You have an interest in medicine and a dynamic clinic organization.
Your native language is German and you have good knowledge of French and English.
