About the job
Your tasks include:
- Care and support of young people in everyday group life
- Support and assistance during the transition to independent living, apprenticeships or training, as well as coping with everyday life
- Individual, targeted social pedagogical support in psychosocial development issues within the framework of key worker duties
- Administrative and organisational tasks within the key worker role
- Planning and organising leisure activities
- Taking on departmental tasks within the team
Requirements profile:
- Diploma in social or childhood pedagogy HF/FH, equivalent qualification and diploma recognised in Switzerland, or FaBe with professional experience in the relevant age group
- Minimum age 28 years
- Preferably several years of professional experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Confidence in written expression and report writing, as well as good IT skills
- Resilience, ability to work in a team, and enthusiasm for actively shaping the development of the team and institution
- Relationship competence, conflict resolution skills, and a professional (self)understanding of closeness and distance
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts as well as night duty)
- Driving licence category B
