The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 20 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.
The Restaurant
The mountain restaurant Jatzmeder is located at an altitude of 2,054 meters above sea level in a magnificent ski and hiking area. The restaurant has 600 seats, including a large sun terrace.
For the upcoming winter season 2025/26, we are looking for a person for the mountain restaurant Jatzmeder in the Rinerhorn ski area as:

Your Tasks
- Daily fresh preparation of hot and cold dishes
- Taking on general cleaning tasks in the kitchen according to HACCP guidelines
- Preparations in the kitchen with mise en place
Your Profile
- Training: You are a trained cook or have an equivalent qualification or possess experience in the gastronomy sector
- Work Style: You work reliably and independently, are motivated, and have a high service and quality awareness
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help in other areas of responsibility
- Commitment: You maintain overview in hectic situations, weekend shifts are fine with you
- Language: You have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking and understand dialect.
