Your tasks
- Independently planning, organising and conducting resource-oriented activation and everyday activities in group or individual settings in close collaboration with the nursing department
- Planning and conducting excursions and events
- Designing and taking responsibility for seasonal decoration in the house
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all other areas of the operation
- Assisting in creating the annual activities calendar
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in everyday design and activation, a comparable qualification or several years of experience in a similar role
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Organisational talent, flexibility and sociability
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
