Shaping accounting instead of just managing it!

You bring financial statements accurately to the point, think analytically and want to actively further develop processes, evaluations and systems? Then a versatile key role with responsibility and scope for design awaits you.

Your tasks

• Independent preparation of annual and interim financial statements according to OR for several group, affiliated and construction companies (including joint ventures).
• Central contact person for audits and review bodies as well as professional support (e.g. accruals, valuations, VAT, etc.) for CFO and finance team.
• Development/advancement of Abacus evaluations as well as optimisation of project, contribution margin and profitability analyses.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, further development of Abacus configurations and interfaces as well as coordination of projects with internal/external partners.
• Supporting the finance team in day-to-day business (accounts payable workflow, reconciliations, joint venture accounting, etc.).

Your profile

• High certainty in financial statements according to OR as well as several years of experience in accounting in an SME.
• IT affinity as well as very good Abacus knowledge in FiBu and fixed assets; AbaProject and/or AbaBau an advantage.
• Independent, structured, analytical and solution-oriented

working style (high self-motivation is a "must").

• Enjoyment of process optimisations and continuous development of accounting.
• Clear communication, high coordination skills and entrepreneurial (solution-oriented) thinking.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.

As an interface between the finance team, management, board of directors and external partners, you actively shape financial management tools and processes.
