Crane Operator Cat. B (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Safe and precise operation of overhead cranes (Cat. B) up to a height of 60 metres
• Professional transport and exact positioning of metal construction elements such as steel beams, structures, and components, as well as building materials in general civil and structural engineering
• Close and coordinated collaboration with assembly, metal construction, and building teams as well as with other crane operators and various companies involved in construction to ensure a smooth and efficient site operation
• Strict adherence to SUVA, safety, and quality regulations
• Daily inspection of the crane, recognising irregularities, and timely reporting of malfunctions
• Willingness for flexible deployment, especially during team holiday absences, to work overtime if needed, and to actively support the construction site team

We Expect

• Valid crane operator licence Cat. B (SUVA)
• Several years of experience as an overhead crane operator on Swiss construction sites, preferably in metal construction
• Not afraid of heights, resilient, and absolutely safety-conscious
• Professional transport and exact positioning of metal construction elements such as steel beams, structures, and components, as well as building materials in general civil and structural engineering
• Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work overtime, because nothing works without you!
• Good communication skills in German (at least construction site level)
• Driving licence Cat. B including car, so you are flexible
