- organize, coordinate, and plan the work in social work, social assistance accounting, the secretariat of the social assistance authority, as well as in labor integration, intake, and rent contributions.
- lead the employees both personally and professionally, coach the social workers in case management, and advise and support the social assistance authority.
- develop standards, ensure quality in the specialist areas, and continuously adapt them to legal changes.
- prepare the budget for the Social Assistance Department and bear budget responsibility.
- represent the community in committees and institutions while supporting the department management in consultations and statements.

- have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (FH), law, or an equivalent qualification.
- know social insurance law and the social insurance system very well and apply this knowledge confidently.
- have proven leadership experience.
- analyze complex issues precisely, write clearly, and think in a networked way.
- remain capable of acting even under pressure and show temporal flexibility.
