Electrical Foreman

Fed Engineering is a recruitment agency specialised in engineering professions in Switzerland.

Our client, a recognised company active in an industrial and technical environment, is looking for a 100% Electrical Foreman on a permanent contract.

- Manage and supervise a team ensuring safety, quality and compliance of the work.
- Plan, coordinate and organise the activities of the electrical workshop.
- Ensure coordination of work by managing resources effectively and respecting deadlines.
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic installations as well as automation systems.
- Participate in various tasks related to the smooth running and organisation of the workshop.

- Federal diploma as an expert in electrical installation and safety (mastery) required.
- Significant experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
- Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automation programming.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of German and English is desirable.
- Leadership, rigour, organisational skills and ability to manage a team.
