Do you want not only to accompany production but actively control and develop it? In this role, you combine production, quality and leadership and take responsibility for efficient processes as well as a motivated team. You ensure that processes run smoothly and that employees are deployed and supported purposefully.
Your Tasks
- You take responsibility for rough and detailed planning and ensure a smooth production process
- You ensure quality assurance, monitor processes and solve challenges efficiently and proactively
- You actively participate in daily operations, record feedback in the ERP system and take care of the maintenance of machines and equipment
- You drive continuous improvement and implement lean management principles purposefully
- You are responsible for the introduction of new orders, check feasibility and accompany rollouts until successful implementation
- You lead employees requiring assistance in a respectful and supportive manner and ensure optimal personnel deployment
- You implement the pedagogical mandate and its quality standards in collaboration with the specialist in pedagogy
Your Profile
- Technical basic training in the electrical industry (e.g. automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or equivalent)
- Experience in production and leadership, ideally in regulated environments
- Solid expertise in cable assembly (e.g. cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, wiring according to plan or diagram)
- Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001:2015) and experience in lean management
- Business understanding and confident handling of ERP systems
- High social competence; pedagogical skills are an advantage or willingness to undertake further training
