Customer Service Specialist (M/F/X)

PERMANENT POSITION

For one of our clients based in Lausanne, we are looking for their future

The role:

• You ensure the complete finalisation of financing files before their settlement, carry out rigorous checks of the required documents and perform accurate data entry into the system.
• You are in daily telephone contact with a demanding clientele whom you will advise and inform professionally.
• You are the contact person (Entry Point) for various partners and suppliers and are responsible for the coordination and internal administrative follow-up of our relationships.
• You work closely with our financial advisors and coordinate communication with our various internal departments.
• You guarantee first-class service in every situation and successfully contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality.
• Medium-term evolution of the service towards the Middle Office: You independently prepare commercial offers, assemble simplified financing files up to contract conclusion, for which you also ensure management and administrative follow-up.

Profile and required skills

• You have a commercial education (CFC) or higher (baccalaureate, business school) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Back Office, Customer Service)

• Native French speaker, you have a good command of written and spoken German. English is an asset.

• You are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong team spirit.

• You are quick-witted and have good organisational skills.

• You like numbers and are comfortable using common Office IT tools.

• You are customer-oriented and always seek the best solution for our partners. You know how to identify additional sales needs and opportunities.
