The company develops and manufactures technically sophisticated products for various industrial applications, combining many years of experience with a modern, quality-oriented production environment. To strengthen a manufacturing team, we are seeking a Team Leader for Electronics Manufacturing.
Organisation and management of daily operations within the area of responsibility
Assuming deputy management duties in the absence of the department head
Ensuring smooth production processes as well as meeting required quality and deadline specifications
Technical support for employees with demanding tasks
Introduction, support and training of new team members
Active participation in process optimisations, lean initiatives and continuous improvement measures
Practical involvement in manufacturing, especially in assembly, soldering and testing work
Handling of custom-made items as well as small production series
Several years or demonstrable leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment
Experience in the technical and personnel management of employees
Strong interest in technical contexts and enjoyment of practical work
Very good manual skills and precise, fine motor working methods
Experience in guiding, supporting and training employees
Quality awareness, high reliability and sense of responsibility
Quick comprehension as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Confident use of common IT applications; knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
Team-oriented, communicative and balanced personality
