Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)
Wolfensberger stands for sophisticated casting solutions and modern manufacturing technologies from Switzerland. At our two locations in Bauma, high-quality components made of iron and steel are produced – from casting through CNC machining to the assembly of complete units.
To ensure our production facilities run reliably, we need people who understand technology, can specifically resolve malfunctions, and keep an overview even when it matters most.
To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a committed individual as:
Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)
In this role, you will work together with the team to maintain the mechanical upkeep of our production facilities and infrastructure.
Your tasks
- Rectifying mechanical faults in production facilities and infrastructure
- Modifying existing or installing new equipment
- Participating in continuous preventive maintenance and the annual overhaul
- Taking turns on the on-call duty roster with team colleagues
Your profile
- Completed mechanical vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance
- Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding is an advantage
- Independent working style
- High reliability
- Willingness to perform on-call duty (own vehicle and a maximum 30-minute commute are required)
