About the job

For the Odilienhaus shared living community in the Humanushaus, we are looking for two authentic, responsible individuals to join our team and accompany unique people in their daily lives from now on.

As part of the international Camphill movement, the Humanushaus combines anthroposophical values with modern care and offers a loving and stimulating home to 98 people with support needs. Our residents actively engage in diverse work areas and experience a rewarding social and cultural life.

Your tasks
• Relationship-oriented support and care in everyday life
• Taking on key worker duties and interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties (workshop, doctor, therapist, guardianship, relatives, etc.)
• Co-creating a lively, structured shared living community
• Social pedagogical practical supervision of the trainee
• Participation in internal processes, weekend duties, and on-call shifts

What you bring
• Training as a social pedagogue or FaBe (specialist in social care)
• For one of the two positions, we desire the additional qualification as a practical trainer or the willingness to acquire it
• The ability to keep an overview and take responsibility
• Driving licence category B
• Enjoyment and ease in using digital tools and office work
• A humorous, attentive attitude in support
• Enjoyment of self-initiated work and communal development
